Step 1: Selecting and adding products
If the User wishes to place an order, they choose the various products they are interested in and indicate their interest by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
At any time, the User can access a summary of the selected products, resume their order, modify it, or complete it.
For sample orders, these are limited to one reference per order, subject to stock availability. Samples are free and can be added to the order upon request during the cart validation step, in accordance with regulations (decree of April 23, 2024, L541-15-10 of the Environmental Code, governing the free distribution of samples). For all sample-only requests, these are offered under the same conditions; however, shipping costs of 1.50 euros including tax remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a stock shortage of the requested sample, the customer will be refunded the shipping costs incurred.
Step 2: Order validation
To validate their order, the User accesses their cart. A summary of their order then appears on the screen. If the list presented matches the selected products, the User validates the summary.
They must then identify themselves by accurately completing the form provided, indicating their exact delivery and billing details. They must also check a box indicating that they have read the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once all requested information has been completed by the User, they can confirm their order by clicking the “Confirm my order” icon to pay for their order.
Step 3: Payment
As soon as they validate the payment, the User returns to the site and then becomes the “Buyer”. Their order is recorded and becomes irrevocable. The order form is recorded in SARBEC’s computer records and is considered proof of the contractual relationship between SARBEC and the Buyer. Once payment has been validated, the Buyer receives by email, at the address indicated in the “my account” section, a summary of their order as well as an order number.
The sale is considered final only after the Buyer has received confirmation of the order from Laboratoires SARBEC and full payment has been received. Payment itself will only be considered final after actual receipt of funds by Laboratoires SARBEC.
